    These are authentic Uggs. But, the quality of the fuzzy lining has degraded. They are not as soft as UGGs used to be. Kind of rough, actually. I've been wearing them for a few weeks thinking that they would get softer but they haven't. Also, BUY SUEDE PROTECTION! These are not water proof or even splash proof. If you get even a drop of water on them it will leave a mark.

    When I ordered them, I didn't trust that they would be good for that price. And when I received them it was a surprise! The boots are in perfect condition. They have some marks, but nothing that can be seen with the naked eye. Without a doubt, it is worth it.

    LL Bean made a better pair that lasted years, but they're unfortunately discontinued. Bought these Uggs because they seemed like a comparable replacement, but after a year of wear the quality is not there. The shearling lining doesn't even feel real, didn't mold to my feet like it usually does so the arch support I had with my Beans is not there in these Uggs and they slide around more because of it. They're simply more expensive and not as good. Will be looking for a different brand.

    Got my first pair of Black ugg mini’s in 2017 and loved them... literally - to death! So ordered a replacement pair as a 2019 holiday splurge (#TreatYoSelf) However when they came something seemed off. The sole seems stiff, the lining not as plush and overall looser fit than my previous pair. Although they looked legit: ugg box, tag inside, they do not feel as good of quality as my own pair or at least SAME size now fits differently. Maybe manufacturing has degraded in past 2 years?I tend to wear a half size so usually in boots I’ve ordered up. However they just fit sloppy. Long story short, I returned the larger size and re-ordered the down size instead. Fit is much like my previously much loved pair.Just a word of caution that the boots quality or fit has changed in last few years.

    I definitely got the right size, once I managed to get my feet through the too-small neck openings in these over-priced boots they fit perfectly. I had to use a shoehorn and a lot of muscle! I should have gotten Bear Paws again, except this time I wanted the pink color that Uggs had. I sure hope they stretch out before I get too worn out from struggling with them!Now that I have worn these a few times, I have no trouble getting them on. It took about 3 wearings to stretch out the opening. They are very comfortable to wear and I would increase my rating to 4 stars.

    I bought this pair of boots for an upcoming trip to New York, and I look forward to wearing them in the cold weather. I live in FL, so will not be wearing them at home! I have tried them on, and they feel very comfortable. I do find them difficult to get on, as my foot does not easily slide through the the narrow opening, but once on they fit well. Since I've never had Uggs before, I cannot comment on the quality as compared to previous Uggs.

    I have a few different styles of Ugg’s and I was excited to get the minis. These fit differently that the others I have. The length is true to Ugg size but the width of the opening makes it’s near impossible to fit my foot in them. Th material along the top is very tight and I have to pull and twist my foot to get it inside the boot. Once inside the boot is comfortable and the opening isn’t snug on my ankle or calf. I am hoping that as the shearling flattens with wear they will be easier to get on. I really do like the style but not as comfortable as others I own.

I bought an ugg cleaning product to try to get the water stain off and it didn't really help with the more severe stains. If you get these, use the protective treatment before doing anything else. I'm going to try and figure out if ugg has any kind of guarantee or warranty.
